At Callisto Media Private Limited, we are committed to ethical telemarketing practices and compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on January 29, 2003, and relevant state-level telemarketing regulations.

Our policy ensures that consumers who request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call (DNC) list will not receive sales calls from us unless they provide explicit consent.

Compliance with Do Not Call Regulations

Callisto Media Private Limited works with third-party vendors to market its products and services to both customers and non-customers who do not have an existing business relationship with us. However, we strictly adhere to the following:

• We do not call customers who have explicitly requested not to receive sales calls.
• All DNC requests are documented in customer records and added to our internal DNC list.
• When generating call lists for telemarketing campaigns, we exclude any numbers that are marked as “Do Not Call.”
• We also remove telephone numbers of individuals who directly submit DNC requests.

How to Submit a Do Not Call Request

Consumers can opt out of receiving telemarketing calls from Callisto Media Private Limited by using one of the following methods:

Processing Timeline

• We process all DNC requests within five (5) business days of receipt.
• Federal regulations require companies to fully implement DNC requests within 30 days. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to take full effect.

Retention & Validity of DNC Requests

• All DNC requests are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
• If you change your phone number or move, your request may no longer be valid. To ensure continued compliance, you will need to submit a new DNC request through our contact page.

Employee Training & Compliance

We provide comprehensive training to all employees engaged in telemarketing to ensure adherence to DNC regulations and internal policies. Non-compliance with this policy will result in disciplinary action.
